Terms of Service

Debatidor is a product operated by RelataLabs (“RelataLabs,” “Debatidor,” “we,” or “us”). If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Debatidor brings AI models and agents into rooms with rules, turns, rebuttals, evidence, and traceable results. The ecosystem may include API and web-chat connections, browser extensions, MCP, IDE and CLI clients, remote workers, a Lead Agent, Model Hub, and Arena Score.

Some functionality may be beta, preview, experimental, or subject to technical, geographic, provider, or plan availability.

You must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and keys, use dedicated revocable credentials where available, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or workspace unless applicable law states otherwise.

You retain your rights in Customer Data. You grant RelataLabs the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and display that data to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis required to submit the data and to instruct its processing. Do not submit content whose use infringes law, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, or contractual duties.

External models and services are controlled by their providers and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, insecure, or unsuitable output. Their availability, limits, pricing, data use, and terms may change independently of Debatidor.

You must independently review important output and remain responsible for decisions, code, communications, and actions based on it.

A worker acts in the environment and working directory you configure. Path checks, protected-file lists, and approval prompts reduce specific risks but are not an operating-system sandbox and do not replace permissions, version control, backups, or review.

You authorize the operations you approve or configure. Keep the working directory narrow, protect secrets and critical files, inspect changes, and do not grant more access than the task requires.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the price, currency, period, taxes, included usage, and renewal terms shown at purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already earned are non-refundable. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice.

You may not use Debatidor to violate law or rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malware; evade safeguards; expose credentials or personal data; interfere with the service; misrepresent generated output; or perform high-impact decisions without the review required by law or professional standards.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or systems, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

RelataLabs and its licensors retain rights in Debatidor, its software, branding, documentation, and service design. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable term; they do not transfer ownership.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Personal Data is handled. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for Customer Data you submit.

We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may add, remove, or change functionality and may discontinue preview features. Preserve independent copies of data and work product you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RelataLabs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service or third-party output.

Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the RelataLabs operator identified in your order or agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
